After serving in the Air Force from 1989 to 2010, Tony retired as a Lt. Colonel where he served as an intelligence officer. He joined the VFW in 2014 and has served on the Honor Guard as well as been an active volunteer on the Planning Committee, Scholarship Committee and building project. He currently serves as Quartermaster.

 He has been married to Teresa for 30 years and has two grown children finishing high school and college; he is a Gaylord native.
